Our new Registered Manager, Jason, started at the beginning of April, and has been taking part in various activities with the residents - helping him get to know everyone and to ensure that he is accessible and present for residents from the word go!
He says, "I like that Corton House is a smaller, not for profit organisation, enabling the staff to truly focus on quality of care... I want to spend time with the residents and really listen to them, taking forward what is important to them."
Manager Jason laughs alongside a Corton House resident. Both are painting.
