LLPN Transport Report Published

A tenant at Brakendon Close Independent Living Scheme in Norwich stands in the garden and car park area of the sheltered housing complex, smiling with his bike next to a purpose built bike shed.

As a member of the Later Life Provider Network - a group of organisations which aims to make Norfolk a great place to age. The LLPN's work is guided by older people and based on lived experience, ideally placing it to advocate for better services for older people locally.

The LLPN's most recent focus has been transport, and Corton House joined other member organisations in surveying our residents, tenants, staff over 50, and visitors to our community cafe in Lakenham to gather opinions on transport in the local area. You can read more about our involvement in this post from December, when we first surveyed our service users.

The results have now been published in this report on the Age UK Norwich website, which outlines people's opinions on transport in Norfolk and makes recommendations for changes.
