Later Life Provider Network Focuses on Transport

Corton House care home resident completes a survey on transport in Norfolk and Waveney.

Did you know? Corton House is part of the Later Life Provider Network, a partnership network of organisations who provide services for people aged 50+ in the Norfolk & Waveney area.

The LLPN's current focus is transport, which we know can be a lifeline in later life. A connected community with convenient transport options promotes better health, continued independence and tackles loneliness and isolation.

In order to find out what local people over 50 think about transport in their area and advocate for improvements, the LLPN has recently distributed a transport survey. As part of this, here at Corton House we have surveyed residents like Thelma (pictured), clients at our Community Cafe and tenants in Brakendon Close. Tenants also took part in a focus group.

We're looking forward to seeing the results of this survey and together with other providers, using them to drive positive change!
