We are pleased to announce that our Community Hotspot sessions - for which we received funding from Norfolk Community Foundation - will be continuing to run as Corton House Community Cafe.

Starting TUESDAY 28TH FEBRUARY and continuing every Tuesday throughout March, 1-3pm, at The Jubilee Centre, Lakenham NR1 2EX.

As well as being a place to meet new people and have a friendly chat, we will be offering a simple hot lunch, refreshments, gentle exercise activity, advice and information, books, and 'warmth to go' packs, all for FREE. This is aimed at people over 65 however younger carers, friends or family members are welcome to come along and support you.

Free transport is also available and can be booked by calling Norwich Door to Door on 01603 776735.
